Lualice "Lu" Southworth, 60, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Duluth, died unexpectedly in Provincetown, Mass., on Sunday. She was born in Duluth, and was a U.S. Army veteran. She was a lifelong employee of Jeno's/Pillsbury, Inc., retiring in 1999. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and many, many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, George W. Southworth; mother Lualice B. Winjum Southworth; brother George Southworth; and sister Jane Southworth Conant. She is survived by her brother Donald R. (Joyce) Southworth of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; sister-in-law Jean Southworth of Duluth; brother-in-law Robert Conant of Silver Bay; nieces Brenda Hathaway, Terri Southworth, Sandy (Dave) Zapp, Barbara Burham all of Duluth, Cari (ken) Southworth of Indianapolis, Ind., Lani (Darrell) Johnson of St. Paul, Bonnie (Tom) Iacono, Fergus Falls, Minn., Lori Machen, Thief River Falls, Minn; nephew Bryon Conant, Cloquet; 17 great nieces and nephews and one great-great grandniece.
