Nancy E. Helfenstein , 52, of St. Charles, died Monday at her home. Mrs. Helfenstein operated a child-care facility for nine years in St. Charles, MO.

Among survivors are her mother, Margorie Anderson of Duluth, Minn.; a daughter, Lynda Daniels of Kirksville, Mo.; and a sister, Sue Martin of Duluth.
