After living in the Chester Park/UMD area for 33 years, we tore down the family cabin at Maple Lake in Alborn, MN, built a year-round home on the lake and moved in the Fall of 2003. We both retired in 2005. I retired from the insurance business and Michele from UMD. We also were one of three partners in the Buena Vista Motel, Restaurant and Lounge, which we sold in 2004 to a condominium developer. We are very lucky to be able to split our time between the lake in Minnesota and the beaches in Florida. I enjoy golfing, hunting and fishing. In fact, I still fish with a number of our classmates for a week each year in Canada. I have attended all the class reunions and enjoy visiting with everyone. Can't wait to celebrate the 50th!
