After graduating from UMD in 1965, I went to work for The Minnesota Woolen Company in Duluth. Six months later, I was hired by The Dow Chemical Company. That relationship lasted over 30 years. During my employment with Dow I served in various executive positions in Dow's pharmaceutical, diagnostic and consumer products businesses in St. Louis Missouri and Indianapolis Indiana.

In 1996, I elected to retire from Dow to pursue other interests outside of corporate life. For the past 15 years I have been working in my own company consulting on strategic sales and marketing projects. I also teach @ the W.P. Carey School of Business on the Polytechnic campus of Arizona State University. Judi and I have been married for 46 years. Our permanent home is Scottsdale Arizona. We have two grown children and two grandchildren.
