After graduation I joined the Air force where I received training at Lackland AFB and was then stationed at Williams AFB in Arizona. After 2 years in Arizona I was sent to Okinawa where I was a crew chief on the F-105. While there I was sent to Thailand, Viet Nam and Japan. Upon returning from Okinawa I was discharged in May 1965 and returned to Arizona. I went to work for Lockheed Aircraft at Luke AFB.

I met my wife Charlotte in January 1966 and we were married in May 1966. Soon after I decided to go to ASU and study engineering. Approximately 3 years later I decided to change my career field and joined the Phoenix Police Department where I remained until I retired in January 1994. In July 1995 I opened my current business.

My wife and I love to travel, having been to Canada, Morocco, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Turkey, Italy and Mexico. We have taken many cruises and visited many ports of call. We will be going on a 19 day cruise through the Panama Canal and ending in Vancouver, B.C. to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary (yes she has put up with me that long) in May of 2011.
