God blessed me with a wonderful husband [Ted] in 1962 and an exciting marriage of 43 years. We were blessed with two adorable daughters, two granddaughters, two grandsons and one great grandson. During Ted's 25 years in the Air Force we lived in Minnesota, South Carolina, Ohio, New Hampshire, Turkey and Indiana. Ted spent 1 year in Okinawa and 1 year in Viet Nam without us. While stationed in Turkey I was blessed with being able to travel within Turkey and some parts of Europe.

In 2002 I was blessed with being able to travel to Greece and tour some of the country with Vicki and her family. Vicki was the exchange student that came from Greece in 1960 to live with my family and attend and graduate from Central High School. She has become my Greek sister and we have kept in contact with each other for 51 years.

After retiring from the Air Force we went to Arkansas and spent 4 1/2 years there before returning to Indiana. At that time I was excited to find a job in a Christian Book Store. While working for the bookstore I was the buyer for the Sunday School material, the church supplies, the bibles and bible supplies. I really enjoyed working with the public and the Lord. After working for the Christian Book Store and serving the Lord for 18 years I have recently retired. I am excited to start a new chapter in my life and to see how the Lord is going to work in my life.
