My # 1 LIFE:
After graduating from Central I married Helen and had two children, TODD & BRIAN. I went to work in the food industry, managing a store for National Foods. I also worked for H.J.Heinz as a territory manager, and two food brokers. I eventually transferred to Minneapolis with the broker as Food Service Director. I was divorced while in Minneapolis.

My # 2 life:
I transferred to Chicago with the same broker shortly after the divorce. I met my second wife Gloria while in Chicago, she worked for one of the accounts (LIBBY'S FOODS) that I called on. I won my companies Food Service Salesman of the Year award because of that account. We were married and lived in the Chicago area for several years. I had the opportunity to move back to Duluth to work for Gateway Foods. Gloria and I resigned our jobs and moved to Duluth. We bought a house in Hunters Park. I spent 15 years with Gateway Foods as Director of Merchandising, Gloria worked for the Jewish Federation and Temple. When I was 55 we decided to move to Florida. We both resigned our jobs and moved to Cape Coral, Florida with no jobs. (some of our friends said we were crazy, and some said they wished they had the guts to do that). We both found good jobs, bought a house and lived in Florida for 15 years. Gloria passed away from lung cancer, and I decided to spend the summers in Duluth.

My # 3 life
I knew that Perry's husband had passed away 5 years previous, we had gone together in high school. I called her to see if she was going with anybody, she said no so we started seeing each other. It took a while, but I convinced her to marry me. We were married on June 19, 2010. Perry grew up on Park Point and we both loved the water and boats, so we bought a 32 Ft. Trojan cabin cruiser that we keep at a marina on the Point. We live on it during the boating season. We love fishing and boating, we spent 2 weeks in the Apostle Islands last summer with several other boats from our marina. We spend the fall on the boat up the St. Louis river at our (camp site) in Pokegema Bay. I am VERY HAPPY with my new life with PERRY and our two dogs OTTO & ELLA.
