Hella M. Rockenbach, 58, of Duluth passed away Wednesday in her home. Hella was born in Halle-Swaale, Germany, to Horst and Margarete Seiffert. She graduated in 1961 from Duluth Central High School. Hella went on to become an LPN and worked in the Nopeming Nursing Home.

Hella was preceded in death by her father; her stepfather, Gordon Ostermeyer. She is survived by her mother, Margarete Ostermeyer of Duluth; a son, Andreas Rockenbach; a daughter, Jeannie (Volkner) Leirich, both living in Germany; good friend, Jean Ostenberg of Duluth; and many other friends. No service. Hella's ashes are in care of her children in Germany.
