February 13, 1943 to December 26, 2004

Philip V. "Phil" Lillo, 61, of Duluth, passed away Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004 at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Duluth on Feb. 13, 1943 to Milton and Edith (Stenberg) Lillo. Phil worked for the City of Duluth Public Works for many years. He proudly served in the Army National Guard stationed in Eveleth, Minn. Phil was an avid bow hunter, and bowled in several Duluth leagues.

Phil is survived by his loving wife of six years, Barbara; sons, Michael, Scott and Dean all of Duluth, and Brian (Stacy) of Esko; stepdaughter, Missy Erickson; grandchildren, Kayla, Tawna Rae, Derek and Brett; step-grandchildren, Alli and Briana; sisters, Judy (George) Schadewald of Cannon Falls, Minn., and Joanne (Jim) Hamilton of Maynard, Minn., and numerous aunts and uncles.
