Carolyn Sur Clure, 61, of Annapolis, Md., formerly of Duluth, died December 29, 2004, in Annapolis MD. She was born in Grande, Miss., on May 26, 1943, to Charles and Hilja (Parvinen) Eaton and had been a Duluth resident for many years. She was a graduate of Duluth Central High School. Carolyn was formerly employed by JC Penny Co. For the past 25 years she was a resident of Atlanta, Ga., and most recently of Annapolis, Md.

Carolyn is survived by a son, Peter Clure, of Duluth, Minn.; and a daughter, Cindy Noble of Marquette, Mich.; sister Phyllis (Lamar) Phillips of Annapolis, Md; and two grandchildren.
